When the government launched the Nalchhiti Housing Project with only 130 residential plots, it received more than 5,000 applications—a clear reflection of the overwhelming demand for modern housing in Barishal.
This strong public interest inspired the creation of the first privately developed smart residential project in Barishal — Priside Green City.
